Where we ship

US addresses only. At least for now! 

When we ship

The Monthly Edition envelopes mail together around the 26th of each month. Shipping is included in subscriptions and gifts.

Past envelopes (Shop Past Months)

Past months ship within a week by stamped mail (up to 7 business days to arrive). Shipping is included.

Delivery and tracking

We use stamped letter mail for individual envelopes, so there's no tracking. Please allow up to 7 business days. For individual prints, you will receive tracking info. 

Address changes

Update your address in Manage My Subscription by 11:59 pm on the 20th. We can't resend envelopes mailed to an incorrect address.

Returns

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. You can cancel your subscription anytime to stop future charges.

Lost or damaged

If your envelope doesn't arrive within 10 business days, or arrives damaged, email woveninkstudio@gmail.com and we'll help make it right!
